1. Who we are
restockroom.store is operated by Restock Room. Our business details are listed in our Legal Notice. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Member access
Some categories and products on this website are only visible to customers with access. Access is linked to the email address of your customer account. Access is personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. We may end access in case of misuse, fraud or chargeback abuse.

3. Products
We sell bundles of genuine plushies. Each bundle contains the number of pieces stated in the product title, picked at random from the rare plushies we have available at that time. The product photos are examples. The exact designs, sizes and colours in your bundle will differ.

4. Resale values
Any resale values mentioned on our website, such as "often €50 or more", are indications based on typical prices on resale platforms. They are not a promise or guarantee. Actual resale prices depend on demand, condition, platform and timing. We are not responsible for the prices you achieve when you resell.

5. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free. A price shown with a strikethrough is a previous price we charged for the same product. You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods shown. Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.

6. Delivery
We ship your bundle as soon as possible after you check out. Delivery normally takes 1 to 3 weeks. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund & Return Policy for how this works.

8. Cancellations by us
If a bundle cannot be delivered, for example because of a pricing error or because an item is no longer available, we will tell you and refund the full amount.

9. Warranty and liability
You have the statutory rights that apply to consumer purchases. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence on our side or where the law does not allow a limitation.

10. Complaints
Please send complaints through our contact page, with your order number. We respond within 14 days.

11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.

12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
