Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on restockroom.store.

14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you (or someone you named) receive your bundle. If one order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last parcel.

How to withdraw
Let us know within those 14 days through our contact page, with your order number and a clear statement that you want to withdraw. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

Sending the bundle back
After you tell us you want to withdraw, send the bundle back within 14 days. We will send you the return address. You pay the cost of sending the bundle back, unless the bundle arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong items. Please use a tracked shipping method and keep your proof of shipping.

Condition of returned items
You may inspect the plushies the way you would in a shop. Please return them unused, clean, with any tags still attached and in their original packaging where possible. If an item has lost value because it was handled more than needed to inspect it, we may deduct that loss in value from your refund.

Your refund
We refund the full amount you paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for your order. We may wait with the refund until we have received the bundle back, or until you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.

Damaged, missing or wrong items
Did your bundle arrive damaged, incomplete or with the wrong items? Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and its contents. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights for non-conforming goods.

Random mix
Every bundle is a random mix of rare plushies. The product photos show examples. Not liking a specific piece in your mix is not a defect, but you can always use your 14-day right of withdrawal for the full bundle.
