Shipping Policy

Free shipping
Shipping is free on every bundle. There are no extra shipping costs at checkout.

Delivery time
As soon as you check out, we ship your bundle as soon as possible. Expect delivery within 1 to 3 weeks after your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. If your order will take longer than 30 days, we will let you know and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

Tracking
You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your bundle ships.

Customs and import duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT or handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These costs are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Address and delivery
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. Contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address you entered. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
